Tandem is a small, personal product made for couples. By using it, you agree to these plain terms. Last updated July 4, 2026.
About the product
Tandem is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running well, but we cannot promise it will never have a bug or a moment of downtime. Tandem is free to use right now. If that ever changes, we will tell you first.
Your space is for two
One household is meant for one couple, the two of you. Please do not use a single space as a group account or for a business. You are responsible for what you put in your space and for keeping your sign-in email safe, since that is how you get in.
Playing fair
- Be kind. Do not use Tandem to harass anyone or to store illegal content.
- Do not try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the app.
Ending your account
You can stop using Tandem at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms as Tandem grows. If we make a big change, we will let you know rather than slip it past you.
